Terms of Use
By using fileedf.com you agree to these terms.
The service
FileEDF provides free document-generation tools and general information. The tools help you prepare documents; they do not file anything on your behalf, and they do not verify the accuracy of what you enter.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information in any document you create and submit, including the Export Declaration Form, on which you remain the declarant. Check every document before you sign or send it, and confirm requirements with your AD bank, chartered accountant or other adviser.
No professional advice
Our guides, glossary and tool notes are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Rules change; we update content regularly but cannot guarantee it is complete or current at every moment.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to create false, misleading or fraudulent documents, to impersonate anyone, or to break any law. Don't attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
Accounts
Keep your password safe. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the tools or content, including penalties or delays from documents you submit.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version.
